IIWhy the floor is where it is
A build is four to eight weeks of one person's full attention. One of those weeks is spent attacking what I built. Below ₹1.5 lakh, the week that gets cut is that one — and then what I'm selling is what everyone else sells, just with a security engineer's name on it.
So the testing is never negotiable.

Written scope. Fixed price. No hourly billing.
All prices in INR, exclusive of applicable taxes. Every engagement has a written scope and a fixed price before it starts; if the scope changes, the price changes in writing, never by surprise.
Payment on a build: 40% to start, 30% mid-way, 30% at launch. Reviews and pentests are invoiced at the start. I don't do hourly billing. Every price on this page is one I've honoured.

Pick one, or ask which.
If you're not sure which offer fits, say what you're building and I'll tell you on the call — including if the answer is none of them.
